check up and cleaning mostly 300 pesos to  400 pesos while tooth filling is 500 pesos and up.

I will tell you in grosso-modo( approximately) the locals  pays  for cleaning 300 pesos, filling 250-300 if it's a light problem. Check up something like 300 pesos.Others are fair, if you are unlucky they are unfair. They don't see you as a person, they see you as a walking bank.So make your canvass first before entering any dental clinic. Look at their price board if there's any.
