Perhaps what you should try to do is make an acronym to help you remember the words.

Put your vocabulary words in a certain order, and then take the first letter of each word and then try to make a funny rhyme. Then when you're doing your test, say the acronym in your mind and write out the first letters of your rhyme as you're saying your rhyme. Then you'll have an easier time trying to remember your vocabulary words because you'll have the first letter as a reminder. And then if you're forgetting a word you'll know because you'll have an empty spot next to the first letter. Remember, the funnier your rhyme is, the easier it would be to remember. Good luck (:

flashcards. make them and then start by going through a few at a time, the ones you are most familiar with, then look over a few more and add them in. keep doing this and make sure to mix them up a little so you are'nt just listing them off.
