People who live closer to Bay Area share the mentality that criminals need to be "helped and understood" instead of punished.

Plus mission Viejo is part of Orange County...one of the most desirable and most expensive places to live in California.

When I lived in California, we all called Mission Viejo "Little Berlin". The community rules there are very much like Nazi rule.

the situation isn't variety, the situation is poverty. in case you blend a collection of different races at the same time, they could get on merely superb. yet whilst there is grinding poverty in a number of those races, you get issues. make a journey to Vancouver in Canada. they have a collection of different races and cultures, and the crime value is stupidly low for this variety of massive city.
