However, testosterone is also produced elsewhere in the body including in the brain and adrenal glands. So testosterone will not be completely eliminated from his system simply by having him neutered.

If testosterone mediated behaviors are not reduced to your satisfaction there are other methods that you may utilize including behavior modification and certain anti-testosterone drugs that your vet would need to prescribe.
