Why wont my theme stick?
I upgraded to new mail. I go to options, select themes, choose my theme and click done. If I navigate away from page and go back its back to default. Every time I log out then log back in its back to default.

Yes, the next time you make those changes, immediately reboot your computer (turn it off, then back on). Seems like your settings are such that your downloads require restarts before they're enabled.
No, that's not the default setting and my Themes stay after changing and saving them, but that setting CAN be enabled.
Try it.
