Help! Both my husband and I are having problems signing out of yahoo email.?
This has been going on for a good week. We have separate emails, and both of us are having difficulties. We click on 'sign out' and we go nowhere. I go back and forth between files then signing out, I try clicking it over and over, I click it once and wait and then get that diagnose the problem thing. This is happening at work and at home, and on multiple computers.
Help! this is driving us nuts!!!

This is happening in both the new mail and the classic for many. They said they went to the Yahoo homepage and was able to sign out. Also here on answers.

We are not alone with this problem. When I "Googled" to find out why I was having problems signing out, I saw Yahoo all around the world (India, Canada, UK etc) has problems with the new Yahoo mail.
I wasn't able to find anything official from Yahoo. I use Firefox browser - most recent version. I haven't used Internet Explorer in many years.

I've had the same problem with Firefox on different laptops, various locations and different email accounts. I clear all history and cache on exit. This is clearly a widespread Yahoo problem with the new email and it is very frustrating.

Its easy may be some cookie problem.
Just try to clear your cookies and cache of your browser and try again.
If this don't work then I will suggest you to use some other browser like chrome or netscape or mozilla and see if it works..
