Ideas please top of Tasmania?

I have seen the West and East Coast of Tasmania This time we fly into launceston and are touring the top through Devonport Stanley areas. Any suggestions on places to go and stay would be great . We need to back track and fly out of Hobart . I do not need Hobart or Launceston info Thanks

    I always recommend the Discover Tasmania site as a great place to start.

    Penguin markets are always fun, and the Tarkine tree tops adventure run by Forestry I'd be interested in trying next time I'm up that way and climbing the Nut at Stanley is a classic
