OK I have a old DELL OPTIPLEX GX-80?
My question is i got a 32 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM...
IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE IT A64 how to run a 64 bit system

Sorry, but no. It has a 32 bit processor. To run 64 bit OS, you need a 64bit processor.

No, the gx-80 has a Pentium 4 processor which is only 32bit.
In order to run a 64bit operating system you need to have a 64 bit capable processor.
Upgrading the processor in the GX-80 would require a new motherboard, memory etc. Basically it would be easier to buy a new computer.

No this dinosaur can't run a 64bit operating system. I have 3 of these desktops on my store,I give them away free and nobody wants them!

If you already own the OS, then try it. It won't hurt anything. But I do agree, that thing is pretty ancient compared to today's technology.
