On PayPal, is a premium account the same as a premier account?

I've only ever bought on EBAY. I would like to start selling things and I'm not sure if the premier account allows that. Is a premier account a premium account?

When I tried upgrading to premium, I only had the option to upgrade to a business account. I assume a premier account is a premium account, but I just need an EBAY seller to confirm this.

Any other helpful information or tips to a first time EBAY seller would also be appreciated.

    Paypal as 3 account types.

    Personal, Premier and Business.

    You need Premier to sell on eBay. Once the account is Premier, you will pay a fee to get the money sent to you.

    Business is where a store has a different name than the owner and needs to allow multiple people to sign on to the account.
