My sims 3 toddler won't age up on Xbox?

Question

So I've been playing on sims 3 on the xbox. I currently have a family consisting of 3 men and 2 toddlers, The toddlers are twins, and I got one to age up. For some reason the other won't. (I'm using hte birthday cake to force them up.) IT knows how to talk and walk, and it is potty trained.when i hit blow out candles on the cake, it only shows me 2 of my 5 sims, and not my toddler.
The toddler is awake and out of it's crib, and it's happy.

Maybe u accidentally turned off the ageing option from the options... but that's not likely... im really not sure but i might be right.

Your no longer meant to have any birthdays with getting previous off. the only reason she grew is so which you will desire to play as her. in case you opt for her to age greater in basic terms placed getting previous on. If its dying your annoying approximately, the greater you fulfill their needs the longer they're going to stay. save their aspiration bar on eco-friendly or yellow.
