What are you trying to express? Literally a Girl who is from Hell? Or do you mean more closely an express like "Aw hell, girl." You need to be specific. Also "Hell" is a Christian term, which doesn't exist in Japanese. ヘル (Heru) is the closest, because it's a loan word. Makai = Spirit World, Jigoku = Earthly Prision, and Naraku = Deep hole. As for "girl" that you've listed. Neesan = Older Sister, Otome = Young maiden. Garu = Load word to mimic "girl." Onna no Ko = it's the actual word for "girl." Mecchen = a German load word for "girl."
It's all about what you're trying to say. Which is hard because words like "Heaven," "Hell," "Sin," and other words like that don't exist in Japanese.
