On runescape, has anyone ever created a character with 99 str, 1 attack, 1 defense?
I am wondering what it would be like doing pvp on a f2p world with a character with 99 strength and silverlight. What level would you be and how high would you hit? How frequently would you hit on people around the same level?

First off, I'm guessing the level would be about 50-60.
You would hit pretty low, actually. Around 10-15 with an iron two handed sword.
And you wouldn't hit a lot, considering you have low accuracy due to 1 attack.
