My husband got Basil. Thai Basil.?

Not the usual Sweet Basil. Any ideas on how to use this and not waste it? I have a rack of Lamb and was going to make a herb crust for dinner tonight.

Update:

OK - perhaps the hint that I was going to make herb crusted rack of lamb was too subtle. Recipes please. And nothing that has lemongrass etc. I want to know what I can cook - otherwise it will be put in the garden to grow and never used.

Have you ever tried Pho', a Vietnamese noodle soup?

The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served with Thai basil, lime, bean sprouts, and peppers that are added to the soup by the consumer.

You can also include in the soup shrimp, chicken or beef.

    It's delicious!

Make a nice soup from the bones of the lamb and put the basil in it and serve it over bean sprouts, cooked noodles, a dash of fresh lime juice, thinly sliced and sauteed onion, carrots and celery and chopped cilantro.

Or make a Thai Basil pesto with garlic, ginger and coconut milk and serve with cooked noodles, peanuts and shrimp.

OR chiffonade the basil and add it to salads - tomato cucumber, orange and avocado, etc.

Thai basil is slightly spicer than our Italian basil. I love it in my pho!
