are the primark makeups really manufactured in uk?

i was just wondering because their prices are just too cheap.

Update:

I'm asking this question because I am not from UK, and we don't have Primark here. I am planning to ask my grandma to buy me some stuffs in there because she lives in England.

    Primark makeup is manufactured in the UK. Actually, you will find that most of the cosmetic department (starting with 2 on the barcode) is made on home soil. That's excluding tights of course.

    don't bother, its ****. it will make you look disgusting and will probs make you come out in hives or something. buy make-up from proper make-up brands. not skanky primark. xxxxxxxx
