For a boy, short hair or long hair?

Medium is nice, more naturally attractive. It depends on your hair, but if you have any wave at all (might not be apparent, ask the stylist), you might want it layered, to give the wave a chance to show a bit. A nice kind of casual look, that can also look for formal if necessary. Take in a photo of JGL in 500 Days to show the stylist.

Towel dry, put a little Garnier Fructis Surf Hair through your hair (start with less, like a dime, and see if it's enough), blow semi-dry with fingers kinda lifting hair up and forward (gives it lift and body and not too perfectly neat) and then "brush" into place with your fingers, then gently with a brush if necessary. Spray very lightly with hairspray if necessary. You can put in more Surf Hair once your hair is dry if you want to make it messier, but just start with a light touch and just a bit warmed up and spread thin on your fingers. It's easy. My 15 yr old son does it, takes literally a couple of minutes.

well some people like it long and short but me I like a medium hair because it isnt too hot but it gives a topic to talk about and it is intestin how you can mold it to whatever you want.

Medium....not TOO short like those buzz cuts. Not too long like those mullets, butlike a hat haircut or something or a coif

Boys don't know how to take care of long hair, so it gets greasy, tangled and disgusting and unattractive.

So unless you have a lady's god-like ability to love herself and take care of herself then do us all a favor, keep it short.

it takes a bit of time in the morning, but probably layered medium hair style is the best for you to style your hair.

I like guys with short hair. I think guys look really good with a buzz cut.

It depends on what kind of face you have. Some people when they have long hair, will look like a hobo. So it depends.

I like scene or skater hair, but not everyone has that same opinion :p
