how wifi ethernet router?

dear sir

i am new user of ne i have ethernet at my home but me and my brother have two house same place so we got one conection ethernet my brother have wifi with net gear router and i have cable conection for my desktop .my brothers house wifi working all home any room but at my house not sending signels what i need to buy i need to buy a new router r i can buy this to make my laptop working in my bedroom ADATTATORE DI RETE POWERLINE ETHERNET 85Mbps TL-PA101 would you like to help me to purchase a good thing from you store i hope you understand my question ( better if i got wifi conection for my laptop ) so please help me
