i need to loose weight!!!?

just last year i was really skinny.....was suffering for anorexia...but i managed to over come it, However, i still wasnt happy with my body image....and now ive turned to bulimia....gained even more weight...and im on the verge of being overweight...im 5ft 3 and 125 lbs....i really want to get back to a healthy routine..but i always end up binging and purging afterwards. I hate myself for this...im only 15 yrs old...i feel like i just want to die....i hate my life. I try to starve...but never works...always end up binging on everything i see in sight. Im so lost...i cant get professional help cos my family doesnt have the money. i feel so weak...and i look like a cupcake :(

    you are definitely not over weight. But anyway it's better to stay fit. But the answer is not stop eating and torturing yourself.

    Just find a place to jog everyday in the morning, if it's a beach area that would be much nice, can jog with the wind more exercise with oxygen and start it from short run and increase the length bit by bit, and take foods like yogurt, more fruits like apple , papaya, banana..etc. Get out of sweets and oily stuff, but it's ok to eat here and then ..just jog for about 1 1/2 -2 months you'll be in great shape and mentally strong too. Jogging and running is beneficial in all aspects of life. Good luck. It's definitely gonna work if you give it a try. (never use any drugs, it's gonna be harmful for sure)

    You are not over weight at all!!! if you go to www.sparkpeople.com and any other health site you can enter your weight and height and it will tell you if your over or under. and you are not over at all!!! I use the www.sparkpeople.com website and it helps. it will help you eat healthy so you wont have to throw up and it will help you manage your weight try it.
