How do you make nerf paper shells?
I need to know how to make shells form paper so i can use it in my Double shot dart blaster.
i only need shells but if u can please help to make bullets also :P.

i've never heard of anybody making paper shells, but to make bullets you can buy 1/2 in foam backer rod at a hardware store and cut it into like 1 in pieces and hotglue a bb or slingshot weight on the end.
