Why pick on the Storm players?

personaly ive never watched melbourne storm play lol i find it boring, but hey id love to see some of them come over to afl that would be awesome.

Thye Storm is being picked on because they have been cheating the system for the past 5 years. They would never have won those two premierships had they adhered to the salary cap. This is what has upset the fans here. The Storm cheated their supporters and sponsors, the NRL, the fifteen other clubs and those supporting rugby league.

If the Storm players make themselves unavailable so what. There are plenty of good players in the NRL. It's going back a few years but look at the Aussie sides put out by the ARL during the Super League war.

Unless they're suspended or injured, they'll all be available for the Origin series and the Test matches. Why would you think they'd make themselves unavailable?

And by the way, how would any Storm player know what we're saying? I'd be really surprised if they read these pages. And do you really think they'd care?

Cause they suck!! Cheating the system for 5 years. It just goes to show you how far they are on every other team trouncing the Warriors. I wish the Storm players were unavailable for SOO at least then NSW would have a great chance of beating the Canetoads.

If the Storm players were to make themselves unavailable for rep footy.....so be it. It's never going to happen though. Rep footy is all anyone that plays the game dreams about. No player is bigger than the game.

The storm have not only cheated the system and the nrl, but also all of us fans. They are the disgrace. Don't try to tell me that players didn't know, your kidding yourself if you believe that. If players decide to make themselves unavailable for rep footy then its really only there loss and makes them look like a 10 year old kid who doesn't get their own way. Melbourne got what they deserved.

Well, look at it this way.

A) No one likes Melbourne here, pretty much

and B) They were the people who were paid in the first place. If they weren't paid copious amounts, obviously these breaches wouldn't have happened.

I don't like Melbourne. And I don't like them even more, so, whenever the opportunity, I'll laugh and pick on them all I want.

And if they were unavailable for the rep matches, boo hoo, players would come in to replace them. No team or players are bigger than the game, and this is an example. Plenty of quality players to cover.

They were playing a part in this whole scam, they signed for all the extra payments so they are just as guilty and Brian Waldron and everyone else that had something to do with it.

And they cant just make themselves unavailable to play you know. If you get selected, you have to play, its as easy as that. They arent the victims here mate, we the fans and the other 15 teams are the victims. The Storm kicked us all in the guts.

Seriously, whose loss is it if they decide to make themselves unable for selection? It would be an extremely idiotic decision. No player is that stupid. The depth of rugby league is immense. Someone will always take their place.

Who are you? Never seen you before so I don't know how you think you can speak as if you're a regular.

You tell me once where I have 'picked' on the players. I said it was possible they didn't know until the information came out which proved that some of them clearly knew.

They are eligible for Origin, where did you pull this BS out of.

Kick the cheating grubs out, Melbourne can stay, but the players accepting payments of cars to their wives and 30k shopping vouchers and having their renos paid for by the club to avoid the cap can GTFO of the NRL.
