distributor rights - for branded clothing/apparel?
Hi!
Just wondering - if I was to import branded clothing from overseas, would I need to obtain some sort of distributor rights, or authorization in order to resell branded clothing in Australia?

Not on most brands , but some companies do have distributors with
agreements to sell their line of products . Try going to the web sight of the line you wish to sell and email their sales and marketing people .
