You are learning that life is full of winning and 'losing'.... the loses are the ones that teach us the most... for instance...

If you really look around and ask, i would bet NO ONE is laughing at you.. that is lesson one.. they are most likely proud you attempted this and are trying....anyone would be proud of you

Secondly, you have learned that you are not in good enough shape , and you have to work on that consistently, and keep trying... to build up your body... this is the same in any thing we try as human beings... it is hardest at the start and we get better the more we do something...

it is like a school subject you are learning...

I recommend you find trustworthy experts, tell them what your goals are and ask them to help you... here are some ideas for you online...or at your local gym, find someone who doesnt do drugs, (YMCA?) or anything weird, has a good reputation, and will coach you.....

You have to learn about nutrition, electrolytes, vitamins, good healthy eating, what processed foods are, how to avoid them, what your food sensativities are.... etc... then you are on your way to a healthy life style...

    I say good for you....

There are a ton of extensive ponies who barrel race. somewhat POA's and Quarter Ponies. attempt smaller pens at first. you would be greater probably to place properly in those, and which will help your self assurance. additionally, if human beings think of you will no longer do properly (that's unlikely) then which means you will blow them away in case you do good! it somewhat is the way it became while i became little. i became like 10 and 60 pounds, yet I had this fantastic barrel mare. human beings may be like "awww she's gorgeous" and then i might go available and win the finished ingredient and that i had that mindset like "purely yet another rodeo" Hahah. you purely would desire to get available! and you will finally recover from it.

stop looking at this as a failure cause it wasn't it is only a failure if you did not learn anything from it, this just means you have to have a different strategy then the one you used in this race
