as long as you do NOT try and visit Canada again, you can still apply to immigrate.

YES on the forms you must write down that you were refused and you must also write down the reason you were refused. You should have a letter stating the reason.

The most common reason for being denied entry is that you did not provide any (or enough) proof that you WILL GO HOME at the end of your visit

in no way suggestions your heckler. it may be extra effective in case you found out that American and Canadian society is in all probability extra gender-inclusive than the place you got here from--or you does not have stated "expensive sir", even even with the undeniable fact that it additionally behooves the previous answerer to comprehend that starting to understand our custom and courtesy does not take place in one day. Your pernission to circulate into Canada relies on the nationality as meditated on your passport--everywhere you're legally resident is beside the element. case in point, i'm a Canadian citizen legally resident in Taiwan. i'm taken care of like quite a few different Canadian once I circulate to a 0.33 usa, by the policies that are utilized to Canadians--to no longer ROC nationals. you would be able to nicely be jammed up with US immigration in case you reside away too long, yet i do no longer comprehend US immigration policies ok. ultimate to verify. i'm hoping you savour your circulate to to my homestead.
