My meal plan for 2day?!?!..is it ok??

ok so yesterday i binged a lot on junk food. Im not really worried with myself or anything cos i needed the extra fat (im soo skinny..5ft 2--96lbs) anyway this is going to be my meal plan for today..

Breakfast: *2 pieces of wholegrain toast with peanut butter and 1 banana

*1 Activia yogurt

Lunch: *pumpkin soup with 1 piece of wholegrain toast

Dinner: baked rice

For snacks I'll just have fruit..maybe some watermelon and an orange

Is my plan ok or is it too much/little. Im female 13 yrs btw and i'm trying to gain a little bit of weight

Update:

Do you any of u have any idea what baked rice is?!?!..its like macaroni but with rice instead. Meaning it is in this red tomato sauce with minced meat and cheese on top shoved into the oven..yumm now that sounds good!..anyway i dont feel like eating a lot today..i binged soo much last night!

Well this is small of course... But pretty much healthy, congrats! But if i could offer some advice here, maybe add some veggies or protein to your rice, since that's such a good match with rice, sometimes... Oh and your rice sounds good then, sorry i didn't read the rest but maybe you could add some bread at-least one piece with it. I also agree with the fruits for snacks, i love those, and if any sometimes you could try veggies as a snack, healthy for you as well... good luck hun!

I know your young but DAMN !!! thats all you eat ?? I can eat all that in one meal and still be hungry. My 10 year old daughter eats more then that. It's a good thing that your trying to eat healthy but you need more energy and more food if you want to gain a little weight, also you are 13 your body will start changing into a woman soon and you will notice some weight changes. Stop worrying so much on your diet and be a kid for a little while longer. When you get older you'll have plenty of time to worry about your diet.

That's too little. You need to add meat in to the plan. If you're trying to GAIN weight, eat protein with starch. So, for dinner, add some type of meat such as chicken, a smaller portion of rice, and a roll or a piece of toast. You will also need to have some veggies in there somewhere. I suggest that you have a salad or some type of fruit/veggie with your lunch~

Too little, add more vegetable matter to lunch and dinner such as cucumbers, tomatoes, or spinach on the side (or mixed in if you like) to help add more balance and nutrition to your meals.

for dinner, have more than just rice. also focus on having more vegetables and fruits. more meat especially! you have almost no protein in your diet. You need meat and fish (if you vegetarian or something, nuts and healthy cereals are high in protein) Good luck!

that plan is to LOSE weight.

honestly, it will not make you gain anything. i doubt it will make you reach your daily quota.

    better double up on everything.
