i want to earn with google ppl if i setup 50 computers and click on any website every day like two three clicks in a day on a publicity ? then possible to earn from google add sense program please let me know

That is fraudulent and it will not work. Google has been running this program for years and nearly every trick in the book has been tried at one time or another.
if you want to make money with AdSense, put up one or more high quality sites. Free sites like Blogger work and do not cost any up front money.
Include good quality content on your sites. Write original articles. If you cannot, there is plenty of free article directories.
Market your sites with social networks, forums, article marketing and bookmarks.
You can make money with AdSense, but only in a legal and ethical manner.
