How do i get my Vaporeon to learn the move Agility?

My cousin has been saying that if i have my Vaporeon use the move agility that it would be really good but we both cant remember how we got Vaporeon to learn that move. Anybody know?

    Vaporeon can not learn agility at all. Only jolteon can.

    Vaporeon on itself can't learn that move, but you can breed Vaporeon with one of the Pokémon in the same egg group which cán learn agility. (It's a list of Pokémon from different species who can breed) The egg you will get would be a Pokémon of the same species as one of the breed Pokémon with the highest IV points.

    This way you can get a Vaporeon with agility, but that will always be random, it might take a few times.

    This is the website with all of the Egg groups, Vaporeon is in the Ground Group, so it can breed with all the Pokémon listed there.

    i think that your eevee needs to know it before you use the waterstone on it, i really dont know if you can teach it agility or not.
