What alternatives are there to driving a car?

I live in a very steep, hilly rural community, and am medically unable to get a drivers licence. What practical, affordable alternatives are there to driving?

I walk to and from work every day, but for further distances I need other alternatives.

Public transport is very limited here and my medical problem involves a balance and muscle coordination issue - so can't ride a bike - perhaps a tricycle, but there are a lot of very steep hills around town.

Any ideas?

circulate with a hybrid- you like warmth. some thing that electric automobiles can't furnish via themselves without impairing utilising variety. Get reliable tires. finding on how lots snow you should even see, that's advisable to place "Snow Tires" on the pushed wheels for greater constructive snow overall performance over "all season" tires. notably with the greater advantageous weight of the batteries.
