I think you meant to say Abra... a province in northern Luzon?

There are no flights to Abra. The most convenient way to get there from Manila is by bus. I believe there are a few bus company regularly servicing Bangued (Abra's capital), including Partas, Philippine Rabbit and Dominion. The trip takes between 8 - 10 hours. Don't know how much the trip costs, but I'm sure you can inquire using info below.

    Partas Bus Company: Aurora Blvd., Q.C. Tel. +632 725-7303, +632 724-9820.

Philippine Rabbit Bus Lines: Rizal Ave., Manila & EDSA, Q.C. Tel 632 734-9838, +632 734-9836.

Dominion Bus Line: New York St., Cubao, Q.C. Tel +632 731-4180, +632 741-4146.

From Bangued, you'll have to get another bus (maybe mini-bus) to the town of La Paz.
