I seriously want to sue alltel!!!!!!!!!!!?
Wow, where do I start? I ordered a new phone from Alltel online on saturday, with 2 day shipping. I just got it today. And the external screen is just a jumble of lines and a big black spot. And I got the pay per day thing, so I got charged for the five days I didn't have the phone, now I'll get charged for the days it takes to send back in and get a new phone, then get back out to me. I am VERYYYY upset. Would alltel at least reimburse me for the days I don't get to use my broken phone?

yea i see where ur coming from, i'm with alltel and i lost it and when i found it was broken.i was chared for 2 weeks,like you when u didn't have it, and then it was broke so i would

contact the better business burea. or at least threaten to. they will start cooperating like that *snaps fingers*
