Do you know if black lines going vertical in my LCD TV can be fixed or if it is worth fixing?
when it started they would go away as the tv warmed up and now they don't go away and got wider like multiple lines side by side. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how much it might cost to fix?

I have a sanyo lcd that's a couple yrs. old. It is a widescreen that now has dark lines on both sides where non widescreen picture ends. If you watch everything in widescreen, the lines will get a little lighter but they will always be there. Sorry, not worth fixing.(I now have a 46" sharp aquos that will only be used for widescreen images.)
