how long can be stay out of italy with Promesse di soggiorno?

dear friends i am in italy i got my back injured and i wanna go to pakistan from some long period to get back my back bun from pain any one know how long can i stay there our from italy with perms di soggier

Don't know about the lenght of that, but it is called "Permesso" di soggiorno, not "promesse"! xD "Promesse" means "promises"!
