Is there a process for Governments or Police to get racially offensive videos removed?

When there are videos that are likely to incite violence or are very offensive, is there a process to get YouTube to remove them? What is the process?

I think the Youtube staff always monitor such content and removes if necessary. They also may have contacts with Gov. and Police.

Not in my trailer park. I don't pick up the dog doo till long after it has turned white in the sun. Not only was your comment offensive you seem to lack even a basic knowledge of something as ubiquitous as feces. Dink large amounts of kool aid and it can change the color of excreta as well. I bet you drink Right Wing Kool Aid and drop Right Wing Red.
