How can I get a job in Canada while outside Canada as prospective immigrant?

I have already submitted my immigration application in Sep. 2007 & they told me it will take about 42 to 48 months to process my case but i want to have a job as per my experience & qualification (I am a HR Professional) in the meanwhile i want to have a job offer from Canada which will fast track my application I will be able to have 10 additional point for that. I am a Pakistani Citizen working in United Arab Emirates (Dubai) right now and my qualification is MBA (HRM) and MA in Economics.

getting a job will NOT Fasttrack your application - for 2 reasons.

1 - HR is NOT a job in demand

2 - you applied before the rules changed in February 2008.

ALL applications submitted before Feb 2008 are still being processed under the old timeline.

If you applied before February 27, 2008, your application will be processed according to the rules that were in effect at that time.

We have enough problems here with our OWN people out of jobs and losing their homes and life savings and you and you want us to help YOU find work here ?? ................. LOL ........ good luck Moustafa !

Besides , we have more HR professionals here than we have cockroaches ! I`m not kidding !! With your degrees , you`ll likely end up as a Wal-Mart greeter , or worse yet , on Welfare !

Take my advise and stay where you are !
