How to stop a phone from automatically going to voicemail?
Whenever someone calls me, my phone goes bazurk and after it rings once takes the caller automatically to voicemail...what's going on with it? Did I screw up the settings? PLEASE HELP ME. I'm a newbie when it comes to cellulars. :(

hi batman!
go to your "settings" (check out your call settings). shut off the "divert calls" function. it shouldn't be n "autodivert". also, check answering functions. for some complex units, it even asks you during set up how many times it should ring before it automatically answer. check what profile set up you have defaulted. you might have personalized it so put it in general mode first (general profile that is) then adjust the profile you want to personalize.
