Thinking about saving money and relocating?
Why not rent out your house to pay the mortgage and relocate to a cheaper country where services and cost of living allow you to live like a king/queen for a 10th of the cost of first world countries?

Looks like you want to abort with the problem you are facing..reality is everyone is...When you will relocate, you will earn as per the per capita income of that country and will spend as per the price index of that country...so you will end up getting the same situation as you have in your own country...
BTW, if you know of a country like that, pls do tell me, I will relocate too...LOL
Well, take a look at this: There is a abort button on every fighter jet, but a real fighter is one who fights till his last breadth, over looking that lil red button !
try applying this to your life, it will help...

Depends where you want to live in Atlanta. If you want to live in Buckhead you can expect to pay a lot for an apartment. If you don't have a job lined up already, I'd say have at least 10 grand saved up. Atlanta has become very crowded and there's a lot of competition for jobs and housing now.

and what do you do if your tenant who is 1000's of miles away from you stops paying teh rent or moves out or you can't find a tenant for 6 months or teh tenant trashes teh house - how do you handle all those issues from another country without paying someone (eating into your profits)
