Las Venas Abietas de America Latina” or “The Open Veins of Latin America”. Haven't read it, but here's the Amazon page on it. It appears that readers either love it or hate it.

"open veins of latin america".this is the marxist/socialist version of the exploitation of the continent.the marxists love this book and they are really pissed that they did not get to exploit it first !
