Advice on Magic Jack vs Vonage?
I have been a Vonage user for 4 years and went to them because of price. Now along comes Magic Jack and again I am considering a move because of price.
Does anyone have any feedback on Magic Jack phone call quality vs Vonage.

I've used both, and Magic Jack is clearly less expensive and seems to work fine on PC and Mac for outbound calling. I had trouble getting inbound to work, and ended up with a phone number from a distant area code that only worked intermittantly. Vonage pretty much works as advertised, good for inbound, outbound, voicemail, with a good web-based interface. I think if you are a heavy phone user or value inbound calls on this service, I'd go with Vonage. If you want truly inexpensive service for mostly outbound, Magic Jack is a pretty good deal. IMHO.

OMG..Magic Jack is the most UNRELIABLE VOIP service available. Freqient dropoffs, echoes, incoming calls? Forget it.. Very poor.. Need a very good broadband connection even for the 'best' of MJ....

Have you consider other options? MJ is cheap yes but its pretty unreliable at the moment maybe because they got a lot of subscribers and their system needs some upgrading.
I suggest you take a look at Onesuite VoIP service. It's prepaid and rates are cheap.
