I have a medical question?
Okay, so I have a friend that has really dry eyelids, we've tried everything, all the stuff like aloe vera and lotion. It just stings and comes back the next day. My friend also has one finger that it so dry it's cracking, and it's all very itchy.
What is wrong with them? Please help, it's been this way for about a year now.

Sounds like eczema or psoriasis.
