Where do you park when it's hot?

With the recent heatwave, I noticed some different parking patterns in some of the carparks I use regularly for work, so I was wondering:

Do many people change their parking habits when the weather is warmer?

and

How much further from your destination would you be willing to park your car just to be able to park it in the shade?

Update:

You're in the UK, right, Magpie? Can you seriously get cars without aircon there?

And I wouldn't be jealous; it's 40 stinking degrees (C) in the shade, and if you can't get a park with shade, it takes more than twenty minutes to cool the car down, and where I live, nothing's more than twenty minutes away!

If it was hot I probably would try to park in the shade. Today though, I've been trying to park as close to the building as I can, because it is FREEZING COLD and pouring with RAIN.

    I am so jealous.

Anyway, I bet all the posh people with air conditioning in their cars don't bother walking further.

Of course we have air conditioning. It's called rolling down the window. LOL.
