Americans please -Is there a further series of Commander in Chief?

Have just finished watching the series of Commander in Chief with Geena Davis - brilliant serial. Does anyone know if there is a follow up series out or planned please?

No, there is not. There was a movie or follow up reportedly in the works, but the project never went anywhere.
