9/10, very sweet.

I would think about adding a Morphing Jar and/or Pot of Greed/Avarice, you've got a lot of spells and that would suck to draw 4 Spells and 1 Monster. 
Hand/Card Destruction would work pretty good too.

Try some practice draws too, shuffle it up nice and good and draw 5 cards. Play it out like you normally would and mentally go through a couple turns.
If you get stuck constantly, or with a Lightning Vortex you could easily be beaten in the first 1-3 turns, then you know you need to tweak things up a bit and maybe think up a better draw strategy.

Once you start being able to use Crystal Abundance at least once every test draw (5+ turns) then you know your deck is working smoothly and is ready for some duels.

This is a great deck! I love too have a crystal beast/ monarch deck. 
These are my suggestions.

1. I think you should add more crystal blessings have at least 3 because after you use abundance or rare value, you will need to replenish your crystals. 

2. You should also either remove either one terra or ruins cause you already have 3 ruins and 2 terra.

3. I also think that you should add more Raiza..have 3 of them..they are really powerful especially if you return high levelmonsters back to the top of the deck.
