R4 help again?!!! updated.?

ts bought from china. 1GB It still has 400 MB left and Pokemon Ranger is only 64MB. Why can't it work? First person with working solution gets my praise and 10 bonus points!!!!

oh yeah it works with all of my other US roms but not this one. It says cannot load data. If you say i need to find another reliable source, please answer or email me a website.

I am sure this is no counterfeit R4 as they are willing to refund me all the price of damaged items. Whoever gets this right gets 3 best answers from all my other questions.

Update:

I do not mean Resistance four.

    If you bought it in China it prolly is'nt compatable. Forigne games and other software usualy is'nt compatable with US devices.
