What booster packs should I get if I want an spellcaster/synchro deck?

I've got enough money for 19 booster packs.

I also need to know where I buy those boosters.

    you can buy it anyway,Wal-Mart is the best to buy them.

    Try 5D'S Yugioh:The Duelist Genesis for the Synchro

    and for the Spellcasters,its a Structure Deck its kinda hard to find:Spellcaster's Judgement.

    well you could wait till the new spellcaster deck comes out but that might be a while so i would buy the old spellcaster deck + 1/2 of the 5ds decks and a mix of crossroads of chaos (which are out soon) and the duelist genesis or you could buy the tins to get lots of synchros

    No, Legend Of Blue Eyes White Dragon have cards that are outdated and definately are nothing compared to that of recent boosters now, I would suggest if you wanted some old school Zombie-reincarnation type stuff, then you should check out the support there is in Pharoahs Servant...!!! Hope I helped! =D
