Need a recipe to make hamburgers using mince?

What do i add to it so as to bind it together. A simple recipe would be great Thanks.

    Bind it with an egg. I add finely minced onion to mine along with plenty of salt and pepper and of course the egg.

    You can get fancy by adding a good dash of Worcester sauce, a teaspoon of mustard, herbs, but this is not necessary.

    When you fry them, leave them until they have sealed underneath before turning, about 5 mins in a moderate pan. Start poking at them before this and they will break up.

    Hi,I sometimes use Spam,in the tin,just cut it a bit thick,they are great with salad,pineapple,beetroot,even a potatoe scollop chucked in,yum,my son used to love them.
