Question regarding points, top contributors and percentage?
My points according to the leader board are 19 945 my points i have earned this week is 108 my points to date are 20 240. Take 108 off 20240 you get 20132 as last weeks total. They have never stuffed up like this before.
Regarding top contributor this happens also on a weekly basis am i correct well just wondering why someone who didn't get any points last week is still a top contributor.
Regarding percentages when i go into the leader board i'm at 10% but when i go into my profile i'm only 9% just wondering what going on.
While i'm at what has happen to the little heads when you have no picture.
And why don't the stars show up any more.
Is there some way of contacting yahoo regarding these concerns. Thank You

There's 2 ways to contact Yahoo about this. Either go to the bottom of the page and click the link that says "Tell us what you think" or send an email to the Yahoo Answers Team. Their email address is y_answrs_team@yahoo.com (no "e" in "answers")
As for Top Contributors, some people answer so many questions in one week that they can stay off the site for 2 weeks and still have a badge simply because Yahoo looks at your totals for the last month or so. If it averages out that you did 60 or 70 questions per week then they let you keep the badge even if you answered 300 questions in one week.
