what is the best and fastest way to loose weight?

I already know about diet and exercises. Are there certain exercises that are better than others and foods that are better than other ones?

Im also only 16 so I need something for myage and not an adult.

    You should try calorie shifting, which works by getting you to eat the right food at specific times of the day. Then by rotating it so that your metabolism never gets used to any routine.

    My wife lost over 60 pounds last year through eating the right things. She has an extremely bad back and is unable to exercise at all. All of the weight she lost was through proper dieting alone.

    1. Go to the gym and do cardio and weight training

    2. Watch what you eat, cut back on soda and sugars

    3. Go on Youtube.com and search workout videos you can do from home

    4. Go in a pool or at the beach and SWIM as if a shark is chasing you (it's an awesome exercise that tones your whole body)
