    Favourite answer

Meatballs in spaghetti sauce or grape jam (sounds crazy but always a favorite from what i know i'd have to get you the exact recipe)

Little ham and cheese sandwiches with a glaze, and on tiny martin's potato rolls..they go in the oven

Mini pizzas on thomas english muffins with pizza sauce (or ragu) cheese and pizza toppings i guess due to preference

    chilli's always good

warm chip dip ...i'd have to get you the recipe for that too i'm just giving you ideas and if you like them i can ask my dad

i didnt see where you were from but if it's not too difficult warm crab dip more of like a thick creamy dip good with french bread cut in bit size pieces with tooth picks to dip in the crock pot

i think that's all i can think of right now but if i get anymore ideas for you i'll def. send them your way hope i can help!!

Depends on the type of people you have attending. I tend to find that the more sophisticated types of food seems always the last to be eaten. Pizza scrolls and homemade sausage rolls always disappear quick. You can also make some great warm dips. One of my favs is bacon, spinich, onion and philly cream cheese all mixed together hot and then place into a toasted hollowed out cob loaf. I could eat the whole thing by myself and I really don't like cream cheese.

    In a 9x13 baking dish....

Spread 2 packages of Cream Cheese

Top that with 2 cans of Hormel Refried Chili (with or without beans)

2 Packages of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted on top.

Serve with Tostitos chips or Triscot crackers.

    Home made mozzarella sticks:

    You will need

    Flour

    Egg

    Mozzarella cheese sticks

    Veg. Oil

Go ahead and preheat your veg oil in a deep fryer or over the stove.

Cut your cheese sticks in half sizes

dip the cheese sticks in the egg

and then dip them in the floor

    repeat once

Once your fryer is heated place them a few at a time until they are golden brown

this is always good with salsa, ranch or honey mustard.

    HOT CRAB DIP

    8 oz. softened cream cheese

    1 TB milk

1 6-1/2 oz. can flaked crabmeat

    2 TB. finely chopped onion

    1/2 tsp. cream horseradish

    1/4 tsp. salt

    dash of pepper

    1/3 c. toasted sliced almonds

    assorted crackers for dipping

Combine cream cheese & milk; add crab, onion, horseradish, salt & pepper and blend well. Put into a small casserole dish. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 375 for 15 min, or until it bubbles. Serve with crackers ... ** I usually double this recipe **

Stuffed Mushrooms is a great one!

Also, more than one hot dip is a good choice served with various breads, crackers and chips.

Everyone will hang out around the food when there's a variety!

Stuffed mushrooms, (stuffed with mushroom stems, chopped spinach, grated cheddar cheese, S&P and cayenne), wrapped with 1/2 slice raw bacon. Bake at 350º 15 minutes then broil till done (4-6 minutes)

    Yum!

you buy these voluavants (i do not know how to spell them) but they are like little puff pastry shells and then stuff them with all sorts of things like chicken in a cheesey sauce and then you could do a tuna one and then one with spinach and cheese and they look really nice.
