People always judge the size of babies. As long as your baby is healthy and happy, that's all that matters. Your doctor will let you know if she is too big.

sounds perfectly healthy, my son is 1 month and already 11 lbs 8 oz and 23 inches long too, the pediatrician is delighted with how well hes growing, good job on keeping up with the breastfeeding still, ive had to start supplementing with formula every other feeding because his appetite had gotten so big I couldnt keep up with his eating schedule on breastfeeding alone!
