Why won't ersatz israel follow internatiional law?

Just a minute here while I stop laughing at a couple of the answers -

Firing live ammunition is necessary for self-defense!?!? It was pretty clear, the event happened in a West Bank town. Not in Israel. The Israeli troops were well outside of anyplace that could be considered part of Israel. The wall they are building is mostly outside Israel. How is that self-defense? Well, just ersazt excuses by defenders of ersatz israel.

Ok, the honest answer is that Israel gets a lot of support for breaking international law from its main supporter, the US. They break international law for the same reason that robbers and thieves steal, it's because they're greedy and covet other people's possessions, and they're armed and can do it. Furthermore they aren't happy with just 78% of those other people's possessions, they want it all.

Yeah, and then after looting Palestine and destroying the people they complain about living in a tough neighborhood.

How can Zions obey the international law, when even their existence is criminal!!

They have disregard and ignore any law up to this moment and they always dance around and twist any objection that arises by others into their advantage!!

If a Palestinian kill a Zion, they'll hang on to that ( with the great help of US, of course!) and keep it a daily subject and drama with their mega phones BUT, their slaughter of innocent Palestinians, women/ children incl., will be nicely and professionally covered up!! How sick is this?!!

Because it is a fundamentally criminal entity and criminals are known for their disregard for the law.

And the penalties for breaking it repeatedly,which this little bunny of a government has yet to experience. But they will.

Let me explain something. You can throw out any law when it is in best interest of defense of a people, when lives are at stake.

America does it to its own citizens and it is supported by the Supreme Court.

It is also supported in Biblical Law.

If you don't like it, there is higher power than the UN you know, pray to G-d go get the answer.

That is why Israel does what it does and won't do what you want it to do.

Furthermore, just because the re-establishment of Israel is now at 60 years older and counting, does not mean that anti-semitism no longer exists.

It also does not mean that nations that vote have stopped or turn their back away and want to harm Israel magically vanished from the face of the earth.

The UN is laughable place and sometimes Britian is same they are overun with giant mosques and appeasement. America may well be sister/brother with Britian, but I can assure you, make America choose between Israel and Britian, and America will side with Israel.

Regarding the Muslim in America uniting against Israel that is laughable too. We are a Judeo-Christian country and will always remain.

They ignore all UN rulings,including the first,namely their territorial allotment,which was 55%,the 1947 Partition Plan. This is why they are universally scorned as a rogue state. As long as they have U.S. support however they can flaunt international to their heart's content. That's why American Muslims need to get better organized as a pressure group. By whose standard are you going to judge Israel?

By the standard of the US?

Nations will consistently act according to their own perceived self-interest.

Israel finds itself in a very rough neighborhood.

Perhaps if it was next door to Sweden and not Syria its actions could be judged more harshly.

The actions they take are nessicary for their self-defense since they face constant terrorism. The article you cited did not say they fired live ammunition "into" a crowd, it said they just fired live ammunition. Most likely they meant they fired bullets in the air. Firing live ammunition into the air to disperse crowed is not illegal, as long as its not towards people.
