What does LSNLN mean?

It's a term I saw in a job ad. The job is for an Integration Aide in a mainstream school. The ad saids that the position is primarily working with their 8 LSNLN students individually.

It then saids that knowledge or experience working with ESL students is an advantage.

Do they have anything to do with each other?

Yes I know that if I go for the job I should know what the term means. I've got experience with most areas of special needs I just need to know which area this is as it is a term I haven't come across before.

Update:

Thanks I knew what ESL was that's why I didn't ask what it is. I have to admit I didn't bother looking it up first before I put the question her. If I don't get an answer soon I may think about e-mailing them to find out what this term actually means.

Update 2:

Thanks Richard K but then what does the middle N stand for.

I think that it has something to do with students that require Local Special Needs Learning

ESL is a very well-known acronym in education, meaning English as a Second Language (non-native speakers of English). The other, I have never heard of, and can't find in a search engine, so I think it would be acceptable (and desirable) to call them up (or email, or whatever) and ask what that is!
