I downloaded latest version of anti virus AVG 8 free. Then I bought the complete version?
But both times there was a pop up telling me I couldn't open the file because the publisher couldn't be verified. What does that mean and what do I do to make it work? Please help. thanks
Actually it didn't give me a choice to continue and then a new pop-up came-"corrupt file". Now what? (Sorry I'm so computer illiterate!!)

This is a warning from Windows and should give you a choice-whether to continue or cancel. Hit continue and the program should install itself.
